This policy explains how Equitorq handles personal information when you use this website and the CM 3×3 member service.

When you create an account, we handle your name, email address, account identifiers and verification status. Approved email addresses are maintained to control membership. Passwords are processed by our account authentication service and are not stored in member profiles.
Technical information, such as request logs, browser information and error reports, may be processed by hosting and service providers to operate and protect the website. If purchases are introduced, payment and transaction information will be handled by the selected payment provider and described before payment. Payments are not currently available in this preview.
2. How information is used
We use account information to verify approved membership, provide dashboard access, manage account security, send verification and password-recovery messages, respond to requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
3. Storage and service providers
Account data is stored through Lovable Cloud. Hosting, authentication and email providers may process information necessary to deliver the service. Processing may take place outside your country. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate misuse and protect legal rights.
4. Browser storage
The website uses browser storage and may use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and support account security. Clearing this storage may sign you out. Additional analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking should be disclosed and any legally required consent obtained before it is introduced.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as needed to provide membership, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations. Reasonable access controls protect account information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and report suspected misuse promptly.
6. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are subject to applicable law and any information we must retain for legal or security reasons. Revoking member approval does not automatically delete an account.
7. Changes to this policy
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
