These terms apply to your use of Equitorq and CM 3×3. Read these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer before using the service or making a purchase.
1. Membership and account access
Membership is restricted to administrator-approved email addresses with verified email ownership. Approval is required before registration and dashboard access. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and do not share access with others. Approval alone does not confirm that a paid purchase has been made.
2. Service and access period
CM 3×3 provides a research framework and dashboard. The current dashboard is a sample preview with illustrative performance, not a live market-data service. Founding membership is advertised as a one-time payment for 12 months of access, with no monthly subscription. Any actual purchase must clearly state its price, taxes, access period and activation details before payment. Waitlist registration and payments are not currently open in this preview.
3. No refunds after purchase
Once a purchase is completed, it is final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, non-use of the service, dissatisfaction with market performance or investment losses. Review the service details and these terms carefully before purchasing.
This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections. If you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorized or incorrectly processed, contact us for review.
4. Permitted use
Content is provided for your personal use. Do not resell access, republish member-only research without permission, attempt to bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service or use the website unlawfully. Content and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders.
5. Investment decisions
You remain responsible for your financial decisions. Research is not a guarantee of returns and is not personalized investment advice. Read the Disclaimer for market-risk and performance limitations.
6. Availability and account restrictions
Access may be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our control. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service, breach these terms or no longer meet membership requirements, subject to applicable law and any mandatory remedies.
7. Liability and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for investment losses or decisions made in reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Updates and disputes
Changes to these terms will be published with an updated date and communicated where required. Please contact us first with any service or payment concern. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights govern any dispute; these terms do not remove access to remedies available by law.
